Kenneth M. Johnson, LCSW is a graduate of George Mason University for both his BSW and MSW degrees. Kenneth previously worked for Fairfax County Public Schools as a school social worker and currently works full-time for Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic District Court system as a program manager and therapist. Kenneth’s specialties include,  Adolescent Growth and Development, Developmental Disabilities,  Parent-Child Relational Issues, Trauma, and Crisis Intervention.

Kenneth enjoys taking on the many challenges that can potentially impact one’s employment, education, platonic relationships and family dynamics. Kenneth’s approach to therapy consists of evidence-based modalities such as Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Theory (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Theory, and Narrative Theory. Kenneth’s lifework is dedicated to offering clients an experience that defies the stigmas, falsities, and stereotypes of therapy while instilling optimism, comfort, and reassurance.  In his free time, Kenneth enjoys watching professional sports games as well as participating in various intramural sport clubs. Kenneth also enjoys attending car and motorcycle shows.
